Before grinding grain into flour, it has to be heated to a temperature of 15–17 °Ñ and dried to a humidity of 14–15%. The Grain Heating System based on the INTERBLOCK steam generator copes with this task by consuming 10.5 times (ten and a half times!) less gas or diesel fuel per metric ton of grain than traditional grain heaters.
The system can operate autonomously in warehouses without electricity supply.
Its installation time does not exceed 4-5 hours. Several configurations are available
for heating cereals, legumes or oilseeds.
